The support goals will be clear by the end of this session.<\/li>\n<li>A series of sessions to address the different goals that have been set, identifying actions in each session that will help to achieve them.<\/li>\n<li>If necessary, interviews with the coaching sponsor<\/li>\n<li>A closing session to review the support provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first  avia-builder-el-9  el_after_av_one_full  avia-builder-el-last  column-top-margin\" ><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><div class=\"cartouche-approche\">\n<div class=\"contenu\">\n<h4>Our approach<\/h4>\n<p>Our approach to supporting an individual is based on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Personal autonomy and responsibility<\/strong>: coaching is designed to enable the person to develop and find their own solutions and actions that suit them best,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transparency about the coaching tools used<\/strong>: the coach is not a guru, and can explaine their approcha and tools to the person being coached at their request<\/li>\n<li><strong>The goals set during the coaching are formalised in an honest and transparent three-way agreement<\/strong>, if appropriate, between the sponsor, the coach and the person being coached.
