class=\"contenu\">\n<h4>Our method<\/h4>\n<p>Organisation coaching support involves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A series of sessions with senior management or the company board, taking the form of meetings or team building sessions, to define the company\u2019s purpose, needs and priorities and design the coaching programme together<\/li>\n<li>Sessions with the board or different departments or entities, depending on the coaching goals, in the form of individual interviews, team building sessions and meetings<\/li>\n<li>Tailored support based on the needs expressed, which may involve delivering theoretical knowledge about the company\u2019s vision in response to new challenges, experimentation with joint construction of the company\u2019s missions and its new processes and performance levers, identifying and implementing actions (reorganisation plan, setting up indicators, implementing processes, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Systematic feedback after each session with the board and the members of the different departments involved to ensure tailored support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/p>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Structuring our support to <strong>provide a space for resources and sharing<\/strong> with peace of mind for all<\/li>\n<li><strong>Commitment from each member of the board<\/strong>: coaching helps every board member to draw motivation from the company\u2019s purpose, priorities and goals so that they can contribute by enabling the development of engagement among the people involved<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transparency about the coaching tools<\/strong> used: the coach is not a guru, and can explain their approach and tools to the board and to each person involved in the process at their request<\/li>\n<li><strong>The goals<\/strong> set during organisation coaching are <strong>agreed upon with all the board members<\/strong>.
