Le superviseur est un professionnel du coaching qui permet d\u2019aider le coach dans les difficult\u00e9s qu\u2019il rencontre.<\/li>\n<li>Art. 1-4 \u2013 Respect des personnes Conscient de sa position, le coach s\u2019interdit d\u2019exercer tout abus d\u2019influence. Le coach doit \u00eatre en mesure d\u2019expliquer quels sont les outils et sur quels fondements th\u00e9oriques se base son accompagnement.<\/li>\n<li>Art. 1-5 \u2013 Obligation de moyens Le coach prend tous les moyens propres \u00e0 permettre, dans le cadre de la demande du client, le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel et personnel du coach\u00e9, y compris en ayant recours, si les besoins soulev\u00e9s sortent du champ de comp\u00e9tences du coach, \u00e0 un confr\u00e8re coach ou \u00e0 d\u2019autres professionnels.<\/li>\n<li>Art. 1-6 \u2013 Refus de prise en charge Le coach peut refuser une prise en charge de coaching pour des raisons propres \u00e0 l\u2019organisation, au demandeur ou \u00e0 lui-m\u00eame. Il indique dans ce cas un de ses confr\u00e8res.Le coach se r\u00e9serve \u00e9galement le droit de refuser le coaching s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019aider le coach\u00e9 en dehors du cadre de la loi fran\u00e7aise ou si l\u2019intervention n\u2019assure pas le respect des personnes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>2 \u2013 Devoirs du coach vis \u00e0 vis du coach\u00e9<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Art. 2-1 \u2013 Lieu du Coaching Le coach se doit d\u2019\u00eatre attentif \u00e0 la signification et aux effets du lieu de la s\u00e9ance de coaching.<\/li>\n<li>Art. 2-2 \u2013 Responsabilit\u00e9 des d\u00e9cisions Le coaching est une technique de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel et personnel. Le coach laisse de ce fait toute la responsabilit\u00e9 de ses d\u00e9cisions au coach\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Art. 2-3 \u2013 Demande formul\u00e9e Toute demande de coaching, lorsqu\u2019il y a prise en charge par une organisation, r\u00e9pond \u00e0 deux niveaux de demande : l\u2019une formul\u00e9e par l\u2019entreprise et l\u2019autre par l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame. Le coach valide la demande du coach\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Art. 2-4 \u2013 Protection de la personne Le coach adapte son intervention dans le respect des \u00e9tapes de d\u00e9veloppement du coach\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>3 \u2013 Devoirs du coach vis \u00e0 vis de l\u2019organisation<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Art. 3-1 \u2013 Protection des organisations Le coach est attentif au m\u00e9tier, aux usages, \u00e0 la culture, au contexte et aux contraintes de l\u2019organisation pour laquelle il travaille.<\/li>\n<li>Art. 3-2 \u2013 Restitution au donneur d\u2019ordre Le coach ne peut rendre compte de son action au donneur d\u2019ordre que dans les limites \u00e9tablies avec le coach\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Art. 3-3 \u2013 Equilibre de l\u2019ensemble du syst\u00e8me Le coaching s\u2019exerce aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un coach\u00e9 faisant partie d\u2019une organisation.
