the Management Committee: applying the corporate strategy in the form of concrete targets, taking stakeholders into account, mapping the processes and selecting the processes to analyse<\/li>\n<li>An analysis phase looking at the existing situation to identify strengths and weaknesses through the missions of the process, its limits, its steps, roles and responsibilities etc.<\/li>\n<li>A phase of looking for areas of improvement in terms of the expected performance<\/li>\n<li>A phase of developing an action plan and the target process enabling the objectives to be achieved<\/li>\n<li>The definition and establishment of an organisation to implement and monitor the action plan and track performance indicators<\/li>\n<li>Support for the implementation of the action plan, possibly with a phase involving setting up a pilot, depending on the scale of the processes to be modified, to optimise the definition of the target proces<\/li>\n<li>Steering committee meetings where decisions can be taken on the target processes and actions and implementation can be reviewed regularly and adjusted if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing the performance improvement
