Your challenges
You want to successfully manage change within your organisation:
- … in terms of processes: defining precise, appropriate, agile processes
- … in terms of people: unreserved commitment
- … in terms of equipment: a perfect match with processes and people
Your goals
- Co-constructing change management with you to ensure it is perfectly suited to your roles, context and needs and is adaptable throughout the process
- Bringing key players together to ensure they are committed to the process
- Taking into account and developing parallel thinking about the three dimensions of processes/people/equipment
- Defining an action plan for process improvement
- Enabling change by implementing the action plan and providing human support
Our method
Change management is based on:
- A preparatory phase involving the key players in order to identify clearly all your needs and define the phases of change management and the way operations work with the steering committee
- Construction or clarification of the vision of change at a seminar with the steering committee
- An analysis of the existing situation through working group meetings supplemented by interviews to bring out areas for improvement and obstacles
- Putting together an action plan in terms of processes and human support (training, individual and/or team coaching, sharing group etc.)
- Supporting the change by implementing the action plan
- Reviewing the system put in place
Our approach
Convinced that good change management involves moving processes, people and equipment forward together, our consultancy approach for the change management process is based on:
- The services of two specialists:
- A specialist in supporting process improvements, Cécile Danion of Optidia, a consultant in project and process optimisation
- A specialist in providing human support for change, Martine Chaillet of Révélesens, a consultant and certified coach
- Involving everyone affected by the change management process: the steering committee, for its vision and its decisions on the direction to take throughout the process, but also everyone in the organisation, for their contribution to defining their future environment and role
- Adapting to everyone’s own pace by providing an agile process that can be rethought over time and eliminating obstacles before they arise
- Being personally involved in the support to guarantee the change we have designed and built together
