Our method
Team coaching support involves:
- A meeting with the team leader to understand the team’s purpose, needs and priorities and design the coaching programme together
- A series of team building sessions (seminars) or support sessions at team meetings
- Tailored support based on the needs expressed, which may involve delivering theoretical knowledge about management, experimentation with processes for communication, problem-solving and practice sharing, identifying and implementing actions (defining strategies, setting up indicators, management rituals, etc.)
- Systematic feedback after each meeting with the team leader and the team members to ensure tailored support
