This site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, Cécile Danion/Optidia may decide to interrupt the service for technical maintenance, making every effort to inform users of the dates and times of this work in advance.

The website is designed to provide information about all the company’s activities.

All the information provided on the website is provided as a guide only, and may be subject to change. Moreover, the information on the website is not intended to be exhaustive. It is provided subject to modifications that may have taken place since it was published.

4. Contractual limits on technical data.

The website cannot be held liable for any material damage associated with the use of the site.

Moreover, the site user undertakes to access the site using recent equipment that is free of viruses and an up-to-date latest-generation browser.

Interactive areas are provided for users to ask questions via the contact page. 6. Personal data management.

Cécile Danion/Optidia only ever collects personal information about the user for the purposes of certain services offered by the website. The user provides this information in full knowledge of the situation, particularly when entering this information himself or herself. The user of the is informed of whether or not providing this information is mandatory.

No personal information about the user of the site is published without the user’s knowledge or exchanged, transferred, given or sold to third parties in any medium. Sous Chrome : Cliquez en haut à droite du navigateur sur le pictogramme de menu (symbolisé par trois lignes horizontales). Sélectionnez Paramètres. Cliquez sur Afficher les paramètres avancés. Dans la section “Confidentialité”, cliquez sur préférences. Dans l’onglet “Confidentialité”, vous pouvez bloquer les cookies.

9. Droit applicable et attribution de juridiction.

Tout litige en relation avec l’utilisation du site est soumis au droit français. Il est fait attribution exclusive de juridiction aux tribunaux compétents de Paris.
