With over twenty years of experience as a consultant in project and process optimisation, I have met project teams, production teams, both managers and operators in the field, with whom I have worked on technical performance. My long-term relationships with my clients have shown me that the implementation of performance tools is not enough: the recognition and commitment of people at all levels are essential.
